Ice Hockey in Harlem Registration Now Open for 2024-25 Season!
We are thrilled to announce that registration for the 2024-25 Ice Hockey in Harlem (IHIH) season will officially open on Monday, August 19th! Please stay tuned for more updates and detailed information from our community partners.
A Look Back at Last Year’s Exciting Events
Our participants had an incredible experience last season, taking part in a variety of memorable events:
- Girls' Trip to Williams College: Our young female players visited Williams College, gaining exposure to collegiate athletics and academics.
- Cornell Hockey Team Visit: The prestigious Cornell Hockey Team stopped by one of our practices, offering inspiration and sharing valuable skills with our young athletes.
- NHL Hockey Fights Cancer Event: IHIH participated in this impactful NHL event, raising awareness and showing support for those affected by cancer.
- NY Islanders Floor Ball Clinic: The Islanders brought the excitement of floorball to our program, helping our players develop their stickhandling and teamwork.
- NY Rangers Ball Hockey at 96th Street Rink: Our newly renovated rink at 96th Street offered spring hockey programming.
- Multiple NHL Events: Participants enjoyed viewing parties, attended NHL games, and even had opportunities to interact with professional players.
- PWHL Game: Our players got the chance to witness the action and energy of a PWHL game, expanding their understanding and love for the sport.

Important Registration Information:
- New Participants: Students must be 7 years old or younger if registering for the first time.
- Returning Players: Players already in the program must reapply each year.
